Update on Legal Claims

Further to its announcement dated 7 February 2024, Versarien plc (AIM: VRS), the advanced materials engineering group, has received correspondence from the Employment Tribunal that owing to a lack of judicial resources, the preliminary hearing for case management scheduled for 17 July 2024 has been postponed and will be re-listed for the next available date.

As stated in the Company's Annual Report 2023, due to the early stages and legal advice received around expected outcomes, it has been agreed that no provision for any liability is required regarding this legal claim.

Further announcements will be made following the outcome of the preliminary hearing for case management.
