Further to its announcements dated 7 February and 18 July 2024, Versarien plc (AIM: VRS), the advanced materials engineering group, announces that the initial preliminary hearing for case management was held last week and another preliminary case management hearing has been scheduled for 23 April 2025.  

A further announcement will be made following that preliminary hearing.
