Director's Dealing

Versarien Plc ("Versarien" or "Company") has been notified that Chris Leigh, finance director, has today acquired 115,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 13 pence per share.  These shares are held in the name of Mr Leigh's pension fund.

In addition, Mr Leigh has been granted options to acquire up to 528,720 new Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 15.5 pence per share, exercisable in three tranches of 176,240 Ordinary Shares each from 30 September 2014, 2015 and 2016 respectively until 30 September 2023, subject to his continued employment by the Company.

As a result Mr Leigh now holds an aggregate interest of 115,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.1 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company, and 528,720 options to subscribe for Ordinary Shares.
