Notice of AGM

Versarien Plc (AIM:VRS), the advanced engineering materials group, announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2014 has today been posted to Shareholders.

An electronic copy of the Annual Report and Accounts, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting, is available from the Company's website at www.versarien.com.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Friday 22 August 2014 at the offices of Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP, 32 Swan Lane, London, EC4R 3TT.
