SHARE PURCHASE PLAN – OFFER CLOSED

The Directors of Botswana Metals Limited (ASX: BML) (“the Company”) advise that the Company’s Share Purchase Plan closed on Friday 17 July 2015.

A total of $584,250 was subscribed by shareholders and the Company will issue 77,899,936 new fully paid ordinary shares to the applicants.

The Directors are very pleased with the outcome given current market conditions and wish to thank all applicants for their support of the Company.
