COMPANY RAISES $500,000 UNDER SHARE PLACEMENT
Botswana Metals Limited (ASX: BML) (“Company”) is pleased to advise that the share placement issue to raise $500,000 is now closed with applications having been received for the 62,500,000 shares that the Company sought to place.
Once all payments of application monies are cleared the Company will issue the shares and an Appendix 3B will be lodged.
The issue includes free attaching one-for-one options (62,500,000) subject to approval of shareholders and a Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting will be dispatched shortly.
