The Board of Botswana Metals Limited (“the Company”) is pleased to advise that the Australian Securities and Investments Commission is satisfied with the additional disclosures made in the Company’s Supplementary Prospectus lodged on 15 October 2013 and the Company can proceed with the Renounceable Rights Issue as the Interim Stop Order has now expired.
The Supplementary Prospectus will be mailed to shareholders shortly.
An extract of the revised timetable to subscribe to the issue is provided below:
