RESULTS OF RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE
The Board of Botswana Metals Limited (“the Company”) wishes to advise that the Renounceable Rights Issue (“the Issue”) has closed.
The Company is pleased to report that the Issue has raised the full amount of $564,471 and a total of 282,235,323 shares and 282,235,323 options exercisable at 1.5 cents ($0.015) each expiring on 31 December 2016 will be allotted.
The Board wishes to thank all applicants for their support.
An announcement will be made once the securities have been allotted.
