ALLOTMENT OF SHARES AND OPTIONS

Botswana Metals Limited (‘the Company”) has today issued a total of 282,235,323 shares and 282,235,323 options exercisable at 1.5 cents ($0.015) each expiring on 31 December 2016 to the applicants that subscribed to the Renounceable Rights Issue.

The Company has applied to ASX for quotation of all the new securities.
