Botswana Metals Limited’s (“BML”) Offer exceeds the Minimum Subscription
The Board of A-Cap Resources Limited is pleased to advise that the Company has received in excess of $6.6m, being the Minimum Subscription for the BML Offer.
The Offer was scheduled to close today however, the Board has decided to keep it open until Monday 3[rd] December to provide additional time for the “Brokers Pool” to complete and submit all their applications.
The market will be kept informed of the progress of the issue.
