BOTSWANA METALS LIMITED (“BML”) OFFER RAISES APPROXIMATELY $10.3 MILLION TO LIST ON ASX

The Board of A-Cap Resources Limited is pleased to advise that the BML public offer has raised approximately $10.3M, well above the minimum offer of $6.6 Million.

The offer will close today at 5pm AEST.

BML will seek ASX approval for listing. It is anticipated that Transaction Confirmation Statements will be despatched on 14 December 2007 and the first trading date is anticipated to be 18 December 2007, as per the timetable contained in the Prospectus.
