RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

Botswana Metals Limited (“BML”) announces the resignation of Dr Andrew Tunks as a Director of the Company effective 29 June 2009.

Dr Tunks has resigned from the Board of BML to enable him to fully focus on the A- Cap Resources Limited (“ASX code: ACB”) Bankable Feasibility Study on the Letlhakane Uranium Project in Botswana.
