DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT
The Board of Botswana Metals Limited (“BML”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Massimo Cellante as a Non-executive Director of the Company.
Mr Cellante is also the Chairman and Managing Director of Bell IXL Investments Limited which is a strategic investment company listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSX) where his role includes identifying and investing in undervalued publicly-listed companies and he is experienced in negotiation, investment analysis, capital raisings, capital returns and corporate acquisitions.
Mr Cellante has a Bachelor of Commerce with major studies in finance and law and a minor study in accounting.
Bell IXL Investments Limited is a substantial shareholder of Botswana Metals Limited with a 7.25% shareholding of BML’s issued shares.
