RESTRUCTURE OF DIRECTORS ROLE
The Board of Botswana Metals Limited wishes to announce that the role of Dr Andrew Tunks will change from Managing Director to non-executive Director advising on exploration matters. This change will take effect from the 1[st] of November 2008.
Dr Tunks will focus on his role as the Managing Director of A-Cap Resources Limited.
Mr Pat Volpe will remain as Executive Chairman supported by Mr Steven Groves as the Exploration Manager of the Botswana operations.
