NOTICE OF AGM AND CLOSING DATE FOR DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS
Si6 Metals Limited ( ASX: Si6 , Si6 , or the Company ) confirms that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, 18th November 2022 commencing at 09:00am (AWST) at:
Level 2, 23 Railway Road Subiaco WA 6008
An item of business at the AGM will be the election of Directors. Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 14.3, valid nominations for the position of director must be received by the Company at its registered office on or before 09:00am (AWST) on 30 September 2022 being at least 35 business days before the date of the AGM.
