Mr. Gehl the Manager of VLOC and is also the Manager of Big Boy LLC, which is one of the members of Veritone LOC I, LLC, but Mr. Gehl only owns 50% of the membership interests in Big Boy LLC. This filing shall not be deemed an admission that the reporting person is, for the purposes of Section 16 of the Exchange Act or otherwise, the beneficial owner of all of the securities held by such entity, and Mr. Gehl disclaims beneficial ownership of the shares held by Veritone LOC I, LLC except to the extent of his pecuniary interest in such shares.
