This is to inform you that the Thirty-Sixth Annual General Meeting ("36[th ] AGM") of the Company will be held on Thursday, 30 [th ] September, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. through Video Conference / Other Audio-Visual Means (VC/OA VM).

Record Date:

Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 it is hereby informed that Record Date has been fixed as Thursday, September 23, 2021 for the purpose of ascertaining the entitlement of the Members to the said final dividend for FY21, if approved (declared by shareholders) at the 36 [th ] AGM.

Book Closure:

The Register of Members and the Share Transfer books of the Company will remain closed from - . -- Friday, 24[th ] September, 2021 to Thursday, 30[th ] September, 2021 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of ensuing Annual General Meeting
