Release of Shares from Voluntary Escrow

In accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A, Veris advise that 14,843,750 shares will be released from voluntary escrow on 29 March 2020 consistent with the terms of the underlying voluntary restriction agreements. These shares were issued as part consideration for the acquisition of Elton Consulting Group Pty Ltd announced 29 March 2018.
