Release of Shares from Voluntary Escrow

In accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A, Veris advise that 2,222,222 shares will be released from voluntary escrow on 1 May 2018 consistent with the terms of the underlying voluntary restriction agreements. These shares were issued as part consideration for the acquisition of Linker Surveying Pty Ltd announced 29 March 2016.
