Release of Shares from Voluntary Escrow

In accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A, Veris advise that 925,926 shares will be released from voluntary escrow on 5 December 2018 consistent with the terms of the underlying voluntary restriction agreements. These shares were issued as part consideration for the acquisition of Lester Franks announced 2 December 2016.
