Release of Shares from Voluntary Escrow

In accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A, Veris advise that 4,950,495 shares will be released from voluntary escrow on 30 July 2017 consistent with the terms of the underlying voluntary restriction agreements. These shares were issued as part consideration for the acquisition of Lawrence Group announced 29 July 2016.
