RELEASE OF SHARES FROM VOLUNTARY ESCROW

OTOC Limited ( ASX:OTC ) advise that 6,009,614 shares will be released from voluntary escrow on 6 December 2015 consistent with the terms of the underlying voluntary restriction agreements. These shares were issued as part consideration to the vendors of Geo-Metric Surveying announced 8 December 2014.
