INTRODUCTION OF INSTITUTIONAL INVESTORS

OTOC is pleased to welcome two new institutional investors to the Company’s share register.

The new investors have acquired approximately 17.65 million shares in the Company (approximately 9.1% of OTOC shares on issue).

The purchase was facilitated by OTOC by way of a strategic, partial sell-down by vendors of OTOC Australia. As part of this transaction, OTOC’s CEO, Mr. Adam Lamond offered 3 million shares of his current shareholding.

Mr. Adam Lamond remains the largest shareholder of the Company with 54.9 million shares.

Mr Adam Lamond, CEO of OTOC, commented : “We are pleased to welcome two new high-quality investment funds to our register. We believe this is a strong endorsement of OTOC’s diversification strategy, growth outlook and turnaround in operational and financial performance over the past two years. The small reduction in my overall share holding does not represent any reduction in my personal commitment to OTOC”.
