2 Underlying EBITDA is defined as earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, amortisation, restructuring, share-based payments and acquisition costs and is an unaudited non-IFRS measure. The % increase from the prior period is the increase in EBITDA from continuing operations.

Details of Associates and Joint Ventures

During the financial year ended 30 June 2022 a 49% interest was acquired in Emfox Pty Ltd, trading as Wumara Group. Refer to Page 30 of the accompanying Annual Financial Report (Note 3 – Investment in Associate) for further details.

The Company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on 19 October 2022. Further details regarding the AGM will be made available in due course.
