Issue price or consideration
Performance Rights have been issued as Long Term
Incentives to various executives.
Subject to continued employment and achievement
of financial performance hurdles (relative total
shareholder return and compounded earnings per
share growth), 8,957,659 performance rights will
vest as follows:
-
25% in 2 years based on performance from
1 July 2015 to 30 June 2017; and
-
75% in 3 years based on performance from
1 July 2015 to 30 June 2018
Subject to continued employment and achievement
of financial performance hurdles (relative total
shareholder return and compounded earnings per
share growth), 10,687,289 performance rights will
vest as follows:
-
100% in 3 years based on performance
from 1 July 2015 to 30 June 2018
On vesting, Performance Rights will automatically
convert into ordinary shares on a one for one basis.
Performance Rights that do not vest will lapse.
No. The Performance Rights do not have any voting
rights or rights to receive dividends attached.
Following the vesting of the Performance Rights and
the conversion into ordinary shares, those ordinary
shares will rank equally with existing fully paid
ordinary shares (including the right to vote and
receive dividends).
