Changes to Board of Veris Limited

Veris Limited (ASX: VRS) (“Veris” or “the Company”) announces that Ms Tracey Gosling has advised of her decision to step down from her role as a Non-Executive Director of Veris effective as of Friday, 31 May 2024, due to her increasing workload and travel commitments arising from her executive career and other business interests.

Ms Gosling was appointed to the Board in 2022 with a strong background in technology, professional services, digital transformation and growth strategies. Her leadership and insights have made a strong contribution to the continued progress of the Veris digital strategy and growth outlook.

Mr Karl Paganin, Chairman of Veris Limited commented: “On behalf of the Board I would like to acknowledge Tracey’s insights and contribution to the continuing commercialisation of the Company’s digital strategy. Her contribution to the Board and insights shared with our commercial teams in framing the business’ continuing digital transformation have been significant. Whilst Tracey’s contribution on the Board will be missed, we understand the increased travel and work demands that have arisen due to the growth and success of her executive roles means she will be unable to devote the time and commitment to her Non-Executive role with Veris that she would like. Tracey will always be a friend of Veris, and we wish her every success in her future endeavours.”
