Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Veris Limited (VRS: ASX) (“Veris” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of experienced senior leader, Ms Tracey Gosling to the Board as a Non-Executive Director.

Ms Gosling is an accomplished and adaptive senior leader whose expertise will support Veris to deliver on its strategy as Australia’s leading provider of spatial data services. Ms Gosling has deep experience in formulating and refining growth plans centred on the transformation and commercialisation of digital strategies. Ms Gosling has broad executive experience across a range of sectors that are relevant to Veris’ operating model including IT, telecommunications, transport and professional services. The combination of these will bring relevant networks and experience for Veris to leverage as it continues to execute the Company’s digital and spatial strategy.

With a broad experience born in insolvency and business recovery services, Ms Gosling brings significant financial and risk assessment capabilities. Having led many technology and service firsts across Australia, Ms Gosling’s strength lies in her ability to support senior leadership in formulating and testing strategic plans, market competitiveness analysis, and the assessment of commercialisation and technology investments as well as the execution of digital transformation plans.

Ms Gosling is a Non-Executive Board Director of Geoscape Australia and a member of the Investment Committee. Ms Gosling is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors GAICD, and has previously served on numerous Government Committees focusing on areas of corporate risk, strategy, performance and disaster response planning.

Following the sale of the Aqura business and the singular growth focus for Veris as a spatial data business, these new skills and perspectives are important additions to the Board’s matrix of capabilities.
