Change of Company Secretary
Veris Limited (ASX: VRS) advises that Lisa Wynne has resigned as Company Secretary. Steven Harding, Veris’ Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed as Interim Company Secretary.
For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 12.6 Steven Harding is also the person responsible for communication between the Company and ASX.
The changes are effective immediately.
Chairman Karl Paganin commented:
“On behalf of the Board, I’d like to thank Lisa for her 8 + years of service and contributions as Company Secretary, including taking on the role of Chief Financial Officer for a 9 month period during her tenure with Veris. Lisa has worked incredibly hard and has been a valued member of the Executive Leadership Team throughout her time with the Company.”
