CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Veris advises that Mr Brian Mangano has ceased employment with the Company from his position as Chief Financial Officer. Ms Lisa Wynne, Veris Company Secretary and Head of Commercial has assumed the title of Chief Financial Officer in an interim capacity. Ms Wynne will remain in her role as Company Secretary. Ms Wynne has been with Veris since 2012 and has significant experience in Company Secretarial, accounting, financial reporting and board services for listed and non-listed entities, including performing the role of Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer for a number of ASX and TSX listed companies.
