COMPANY SECRETARY APPOINTMENT

OTOC Limited (ASX: OTC) ( OTOC or the Company ) is pleased to announce the appointment of Miss Lisa Wynne as Company Secretary of OTOC and it’s wholly owned subsidiaries.

Miss Wynne replaces joint Company Secretaries Mr Vince Salsano and Mr Gene Lilly. Miss Wynne is a Chartered Accountant with significant experience in the administration of ASX and TSX listed companies, corporate governance and financial accounting. Ms Wynne is Company Secretary of a number of ASX listed resources companies and an owner of corporate advisory firm Blue Horse Corporate Pty Ltd specialising in the provision of corporate services to public companies.

The Company also announces that Mr Lilly has also resigned from his role as CFO of OTOC Limited. The board wishes to thank Mr Lilly for his services to the Company.
