APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

OTOC Limited (ASX: OTC) (OTOC or the Company) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Brian Mangano as Chief Financial Officer of the Company and its wholly owned subsidiaries.

Mr Mangano has 24 years’ experience at listed company level in the industry sectors of Engineering/construction, Intellectual Property/Technology, Managed Investments and Resources. He is a former Managing Director of listed companies AirBoss and Australian Growth and held the position of Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Norgard Clohessy Equity, VDM Group and Chemeq Ltd. He also worked as Financial Controller of a number of companies in Richard Branson’s Virgin Group based in London after qualifying with Ernst & Young in Perth, Western Australia.
