OTOC APPOINTS NEW GENERAL MANAGER

OTOC Limited (ASX code: OTC) is pleased to announce the appointment of David W Russell to the position of General Manager of the OTOC Australia business. Mr Russell is an Engineer with more than 25 years’ senior management experience in the Resources, Power and Energy, Construction and Engineering fields. David brings a wealth of experience in Executive General Management and project management to OTOC Australia.

David has held various senior management positions including Executive General Manager and Australasian Regional Manager for both ASX and TSE listed companies and a State-owned enterprise in Beijing, China. Originally an electrician by training, he has a wide understanding of the mining sector throughout Australasia.

OTC’s CEO Adam Lamond said: “David’s appointment marks a pivotal point in the continuing growth of OTOC Australia and provides the company with greater management and project expertise”.
