Annual General Meeting update

Further to Veris’ Announcement that it will hold a physical Annual General Meeting (AGM) in the WA offices on Wednesday 20 October 2021 at 10:00AM (AWST) with the appropriate social gathering and physical distancing measures in place, due to ongoing border restrictions as a result of COVID-19, Shareholders who are unable to attend the Meeting can register their interest to view the AGM proceedings and presentations by sending an email to veris@veris.com.au before 5:00pm (AWST) on Monday, 18 October 2021 . Once registered, you will be provided with relevant details and instructions to view the AGM and presentation via webex.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Company confirms that shareholders who elect to view the Meeting virtually will not be taken to be in attendance at the Meeting and will not be able to participate in or vote on resolutions at the Meeting. Accordingly, shareholders who wish to vote on the resolutions will need to complete and submit a proxy form on or before 10:00am (AWST) on Monday, 18 October 2021 .

If you are a shareholder and have not yet voted, you are encouraged to do so online via submission of your proxy form (instructions below) by the deadline outlined above. Due to ongoing postal delays caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, it is recommended you access the notice of meeting and complete your proxy form online. The Company shall not be responsible for any postal or delivery delays.
