2012 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING - WITHDRAWAL OF RESOLTUION 2
OTOC advises that it has withdrawn Resolution 2 (Re-election of Director, Mr Dario Amara) from consideration at the today’s Annual General Meeting scheduled for 10am (WST). The Resolution has been withdrawn following the notification by Mr Amara that he would not stand for reelection.
The Board would like to thank Mr Amara for his contribution to the Company.
