VERIANOS Private Equity Fund acquires Shopping Centre
Frankfurt/Germany, 20 Sept 2016 – An investment fund of VERIANOS Capital Partners has acquired Louisen-Center in Bad Homburg, Germany. The high street shopping centre offers a rental area of ca. 139,930 ft². Anchor tenants of the centre are consumer electronics store Saturn and international fashion retailer C&A.
The fund is aimed exclusively at qualified private investors and family offices and has already been fully placed. VERIANOS Capital Partners operates as Investment Manager and Co-Investor.
