Market Announcement 25 February, 2009

LogiCamms Limited December 2008 Half Year Results Released

LogiCamms Limited (“LogiCamms”) is delighted to announce its results for the half year ended 31 December 2008 with a reported after tax profit of $1.62m, an increase of 97% on the previous corresponding period (pcp).

A summary of the financial results, compared to the previous corresponding period, are as follows:

• Revenues of $23.9 million, up 125% • Profit before tax of $2.36 million up 104% • Profit after tax of $1.62 million up 97%

The result was in line with internal management budgets. A stronger second half result is expected.

The company recorded strong operating results in its WA and QLD operations and is pleased to see work flows rebounding strongly in the Central region following major project wins totalling approximately $10 million, as recently announced. The company expects a more even contribution from all business regions in the current half and beyond as our involvement in infrastructure and defence projects ramps up.

Adam Keats, Managing Director commented as follows, “We are pleased our operating result was in line with our internal budgets, despite the volatility within our markets. We are very pleased with recent major project wins and we anticipate all regions to perform well in the current half.

“We do however remain very cognisant of the volatility created by the Global Financial Crisis on our markets and we work proactively to mitigate its impacts on the company. We have a strong balance sheet with cash of $5.2m and a current ratio of approximately 2 times which provides us with financial stability to endure the uncertainties created by the current market. At this time we intend to exercise a conservative approach to cash preservation in order to provide maximum flexibility to capitalise on opportunities which may arise to grow the company”.

After careful consideration, the board deemed it appropriate in the current uncertain economic environment to declare a fully franked interim dividend of 2 cents per share, payable on 17[th] April 2009 with a record date of 2[nd] April 2009.
