Change of Director’s Interest Notice
Verbrec Limited ( ASX:VBC ) ( Verbrec or the Company ) announced today the sale of 7,692,308 shares in the Company held by Verbrec’s largest shareholder, Mr Brian O’Sullivan AM. The shares were sold via an off-market transaction to Candyblossom Pty Ltd and Bloemhof Pty Ltd (Candyblossom), an existing substantial shareholder in the Company.
Verbrec’s Managing Director, Linton Burns commented: “It is pleasing to see the confidence shown in the Company by long-standing substantial shareholders in Candyblossom.”
Brian O’Sullivan AM said: “I have been fortunate enough to be able to support key charities for over 30 years via OSD, which is now part of the Verbrec Group of companies. As the largest shareholder with approximately 35% of Verbrec, I have divested near 3.5% to existing VBC institutional investor Candyblossom for the purpose of making material charitable donations this financial year. I am pleased that Candyblossom share my support for Verbrec, as the hard work of transformation is largely done, due to the unwavering efforts of quality staff and management.”
