Verbrec Limited (ASX: VBC) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Verbrec Limited (‘VBC’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of VBC, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 23 April 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Verbrec Limited ACN 127 897 689 (ASX:VBC) ( Verbrec ) requests that the ASX grant an immediate trading halt of its securities pending the release of an announcement regarding a proposed capital raising.

Verbrec requests that the trading halt apply from this request and continue until the earlier of an announcement regarding the above or the commencement of trading on 23 April 2021.

Under ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Verbrec is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
