Chief Executive Officer Resignation

LogiCamms Limited (ASX: LCM ) advises that its Chief Executive Officer Ms Flora Furness has resigned with her last day in the role being 6 July 2018. Chief Financial Officer Mr Dan Drewe will transition into the CEO role on an interim basis, and Mr Charles Rottier (Non-Executive Director) will step into an interim executive role while the Company conducts its search for a new CEO. During the transition period Ms Furness will be available to assist the business.

The Board and management of LogiCamms thanks Ms Furness for her leadership of LogiCamms during her time as CEO, which has seen the business move from an operating loss in FY17 to a forecast positive operating EBITDA for FY18.
