Senior Management Changes and Appointment of Company Secretary

LogiCamms wishes to announce the following senior management changes which take immediate effect.

• Mr Paul Bowker (Director Corporate Development and Company Secretary) has today left LogiCamms.

• Mr Craig White has been appointed as Interim CFO replacing Mr Bowker. Mr White brings extensive experience in leadership and management having previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at a variety of public companies, including the South Pacific and Korea Division of The Coca-Cola Company, Billabong International Limited, and the Australian Agricultural Company Limited, where he also held the role of Acting Chief Executive Officer for a period of six months

• LogiCamms also announces that Mr David Shaw has been appointed as Company Secretary.
