Senior Management Change

Further to our market advice of 17 February 2017, LogiCamms wishes to announce that the contract of Mr. Craig White, our Interim Chief Financial Officer, will finish on 9 June. The Company is engaged in a search for a new CFO.

In the meantime we continue to provide financial management consistent with our ongoing restructuring of the Company using existing staff augmented with new appointments and external consultancies. LogiCamms wishes to announce the following senior management changes which take immediate effect.

The Chairman, Mr Peter Watson, on behalf of the Board, thanks Mr White for his hard work and assistance during his time with LogiCamms and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
