Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

LogiCamms Limited (ASX : LCM) has appointed Mr Dan Drewe as Chief Financial Officer. Mr Drewe is a highly experienced financial and commercial executive with proven expertise in resources, health, and international trade and development sectors.

Mr Drewe has held the role of Interim Chief Financial Officer at LogiCamms since 9 June 2017 and together with CEO Flora Furness and the Company’s Board of Directors, has been overseeing restructuring of the organisation as disclosed in recent updates to the market.

Mr Drewe starts in the role on 28 August 2017 and will report to CEO Flora Furness.

Mr Drewe brings extensive experience in leadership and management having held the positions of Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer in professional service companies undertaking consulting and project management activities in remote and challenging locations across Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea and Indonesia. Mr Drewe has previously worked with Informed Sources Pty Ltd, JTA International Pty Ltd and Abt Associates, all of which significantly expanded their product lines, market segments and geographic operating footprints during his tenure.

Mr Drewe holds a Bachelor of Business from the Queensland University of Technology and a Bachelor and Post Graduate Diploma of Economics from The University of Queensland. Mr Drewe is a Member of CPA Australia and a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
