Director retirement: Peter Wall AM

LogiCamms Limited (ASX: LCM ) announces independent non-executive director, Peter Wall AM will retire at the conclusion of the Company’s Annual General Meeting today.

Mr Wall was a founding director of LogiCamms at the time of the Company’s ASX listing in December 2007, bringing professional expertise in human resources, financial management and corporate governance.

Chairman, Peter Watson said, “Peter Wall has been a dedicated and hard-working director, and has made an outstanding contribution to the success of LogiCamms over many years.

“I would like to thank Peter for his long-term commitment to the LogiCamms Board and shareholders, and wish him well in his future endeavours.”
