Resignation of Non-Executive Director
LogiCamms Limited (ASX:LCM) advises that Non-Executive Director Giles Everist has resigned from the LogiCamms Board effective today.
Mr Everist has tendered his resignation as a result of competing demands from the multiple Boards on which he serves, as well as the potential for conflict between one of those Boards and LogiCamms given an increasing overlap in service capabilities and strategic objectives.
LogiCamms Chairman, Mr Peter Watson, thanked Mr Everist for his service since 2011 on the Board, including as Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee, and wished Mr Everist well in his other and future endeavours.
Mr Peter Wall, an existing Non-Executive Director of the Company has agreed to Chair the Audit and Risk Committee, effective immediately.
The Company will continue to review the experience and capabilities of its Board and expects to appoint a replacement Non-Executive Director in the New Year.
