Resignation of Director

LogiCamms advises that Mr Damian Young has today resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective immediately.

In the announcement made by LogiCamms to ASX on 12 May 2014, the Company set out its program for the re-setting of its cost base, investment in growth and Board and management transition.

Damian having been involved with LogiCamms, initially as an Executive and from 2009 as a Non-Executive Director, has decided it is an opportune time to step down from his position with the Company. The Board values the contribution that Damian has made through the early stages of the growth of the LogiCamms business and more recently through its successful expansion into the Australian and New Zealand hydrocarbons market.
