LogiCamms Bolsters Board for Next Phase of Growth

The Board of Directors for LogiCamms Limited ( ASX:LCM ) (“LogiCamms” or “The Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Peter Watson and Mr Giles Everist as Directors of the Company. Mr Peter Watson will join the Board as Non-executive Chairman and Mr Giles Everist will join as NonExecutive Director.

Mr Peter Watson was previously Chief Executive Officer of global services group, Transfield Services ( ASX:TSE ), a position he has held from 1999 until 2009. Prior to Peter taking over as chief executive in 1999, Peter undertook a variety of project and management roles within Transfield Services.

Peter, who will join the Board as Chairman effective from 2 June 2011, has 25 years experience in the engineering, construction and services industry primarily with Transfield Services.

Since retiring from Transfield Services, Peter has been active in the following areas:

• Chairman, Save the Children Australia

• Chairman, Regional Rail Link Authority in Victoria

• Chairman, AssetCo

Mr Giles Everist held a number of senior financial executive roles over 20 years with Coopers and Lybrand, Rio Tinto, Fluor Australia and more recently Monodelphous Group ( ASX:MND ) where he was Chief Financial Officer until 2009. Since then he has joined a number of Boards in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. As well as having a strong commercial background, he has extensive experience with service and project based businesses, and has gained a deep understanding of the strategic, governance and risk management issues growth organizations face.

Giles’ appointment to the LogiCamms Board is effective immediately.

As part of a Board succession and development program that was announced to the market in October 2010 David Humann, Chairman, announced his intention to step down as Non-Executive Chairman following a search for a high calibre Chairman.

David has been Chairman since the Company’s Initial Public Offering in 2007. David will retire from the board at the Company’s AGM in November.

While the company has continued to invest in an appropriate platform to realise this potential, some softness in the financial performance of its Northern Operations has been experienced in the first quarter of calendar year 2011. This was as a result of the impact of the floods and cyclone, particularly on the timing of contract awards. However, whilst the Company continues to see ongoing expansion of project opportunities, it continues to monitor the situation,” Mr Humann said.

Mr Peter Watson, LogiCamms’ Chairman Elect said, “I am delighted to join the Board and look forward to working with the management team to review and prepare the business for the next stage of its growth journey”.
