New Chairman
Further to the ASX announcement dated 5 April 2011, The Board of Directors for LogiCamms Limited ( ASX:LCM ) is pleased to welcome Mr Peter Watson as a director and Non-executive Chairman effective 2 June 2011. In keeping with the value that Mr Watson brings to the Chairman role, the directors have agreed, subject to shareholder approval, to grant Mr Watson 200,000 share rights which vest and will be exercisable in equal proportions for continuous services as a Director of LogiCamms Limited at the end of year 3, 4, and 5 from the date of his appointment. Shareholder approval will be sought at the AGM.
The Board of LogiCamms’ wishes to express their appreciation for retiring Chairman David Humann’s dedication and hard work to the Company. David has been Chairman since the Company’s Initial Public Offering in 2007. David will retire from the board at the Company’s AGM in November.
Mr Peter Watson, LogiCamms’ Chairman said, “I look forward to working with the management team to build upon previous successes during the next stage of the Company’s growth journey”.
