Board and Executive Management Transition to Drive Next Phase of Growth

LogiCamms Limited Chairman, Mr Peter Watson, today advised that Managing Director, Mr Adam Keats, has decided to step down from his role and resign from the Board of Directors.

Mr Keats said, “The Company has been working over the past 18 months to strengthen leadership at both the Board and executive level with the right compliment of skill sets and industry experience in order to maximize the company’s potential. Following a number of high profile appointments in this area, I am now satisfied it is the right time to transition the role of Managing Director to someone whose engineering experience is commensurate with our industry peers”.

LogiCamms has engaged international executive search firm Heidrick and Struggles to administer the recruitment of a new Managing Director. Mr Keats will be stepping down effective 30 June 2011 and Mr Watson will assume the role of Executive Chairman until a new Managing Director has been appointed. In this transitional role Mr Watson will take the opportunity to experience the operations of the business first hand and will use this active engagement to continue to position LogiCamms to achieve its strategic objectives. Once the Managing Director position is filled Mr Watson will return to the Non-Executive Chairman role.

“LogiCamms is moving into the next phase of its journey, and we are satisfied that now is the right time to transition to a new Managing Director in order to optimally position the company for the substantial opportunities ahead of it. This transition will be an important developmental milestone in the company’s history,” Mr Watson said.

Mr Keats is one of the founders of LogiCamms and he has held the role of Managing Director for almost 10 years. The company wishes to express its gratitude to Mr Keats for his many years of dedicated service and wishes him every success in the future. Mr Keats will be retained as a consultant for a 12 month period to continue to support the business and an orderly transition of the Managing Director role.

“Adam was instrumental in LogiCamms’ successful IPO in 2007. Since then he had led a period of strong growth, including 3 strategic acquisitions. I would like to publically acknowledge the substantial contributions that Adam has made to the development of LogiCamms. An excellent foundation for a market-leading engineering, project delivery and asset management business is firmly in place,” Mr Watson said.
