Appointment of Company Secretary & General Counsel

LogiCamms is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Bowker as Company Secretary & General Counsel, effective today.

Paul is a qualified lawyer with a regulatory and compliance background gained from working for the Australian Securities & Investments Commission. Paul has worked as a corporate lawyer in both Australia and the United Kingdom. Paul has also worked as in house Counsel. Most recently, at AGL focusing on the company’s upstream gas business and in particular its coal seam methane strategy and assets.

Paul’s background in regulatory, compliance and corporate law in the resources sector further enhances the strength of the company’s management team.

The Company would like to thank Ian Hobson for his services as Company Secretary in the period from the Company’s listing on ASX in 2007 until his resignation effective today.
