Date of AGM and Closing Date for Director Nominations
Verbrec Limited (ASX : VBC) ( Verbrec or the Company ) provides the following notice in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1.
Verbrec plans to hold its 2025 Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) on Friday, 21 November 2025. Shareholders will be advised of further details regarding the AGM in a separate Notice of Meeting, which will be provided in due course.
The meeting will be a hybrid meeting offering both a physical venue and online attendance options via a webcast. The Notice of Meeting will contain the relevant details for shareholders to attend and vote on the resolutions.
The closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director is Friday, 26 September 2025.
Any nominations must be received in writing no later than 5:00PM AEST on this date at the Company’s registered office.
